Patient Financial Services Representative:
Full time (Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm)
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Financial Services Representative to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for patients regarding their financial responsibilities, insurance inquiries, and billing processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with billing questions, payment options, and insurance coverage details
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately using our billing systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on unpaid accounts
- Educate patients on their financial obligations and available assistance programs
- Collaborate with clinical staff and insurance companies to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications/Experience:

Emergency Room RN:
Full time (36 hours per week, 6:30am – 7:00pm, schedule will include rotating weekends and holidays)
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of medical and administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality health care to patients of all ages by administering medications, implementing physician protocols and maintaining detailed patient records. The successful candidate will have a background in Emergency Medicine and will be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the physical and psychosocial well-being of patients, families and professional staff.
- Help patients and their families deal with stress and make informed decisions.
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the healthcare team.

Surgery Supervisor:
36 hours per week, day shift, schedule will include on-call rotation
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Surgery Supervisor to oversee surgical operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of surgical procedures, patient care, and healthcare systems. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality surgical services while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The Surgery Supervisor will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including the surgical suite, PACU, and Same Day Surgery, and manage surgical workflows, including adjusting staffing appropriately to cover the needs of the department, and is responsible for ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective supervision and process improvement. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care close to home.
- Supervise surgical teams, including nurses and technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Oversee pre-operative assessments, intra-operative procedures, and post-operative care to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Coordinate with physicians, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient surgical scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, HIPAA regulations, accreditation standards, IDPH regulations, and other state and federal regulations.
- Utilize EMR system for accurate documentation of patient records, medical documentation, and coding.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited program in nursing, BSN preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Certification in BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Experience working with diverse patient populations from adolescent to geriatric patients
- Two years of experience in surgical nursing required, experience supervising surgical or clinical teams in a hospital setting preferred

Radiologic Technologist:
Full time (Evening shift, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, 40 hours per week with rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call schedule)
Performs diagnostic procedures requiring the use of equipment that produces ionizing radiation. Ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of human structure and function, as well as the knowledge and skills to identify each patient’s requirement relative to his or her age specific needs. Candidate must also be familiar with principles of patient care, radiographic exposure, radiation protection, and specialized technique as required for a radiologic technologist. CT experience preferred for all shifts. Mammography experience preferred for day shift but will train the right candidate.
Expected pay for this position is $25.39 – $44.59 per hour. Actual rate will be determined by multiple factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly non-exempt position.

- Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
- Radiologic Technologist registration with the State of Illinois

Respiratory Therapist:
Full Time (Day Shift, 6:30am – 7pm with rotating weekends, holiday and call schedule)
Provides cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders and department policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of the various methods of oxygen delivery, including the necessary equipment. Administers respiratory therapy treatments, understands the purpose of each and the possible side effects associated with each. Sets-up and monitors mechanical ventilators and the associated critical care duties required for such treatment, such as airway management and tracheal suctioning. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
Expected pay for this position is $26.31- $39.31 per hour. Actual rate will be determined by multiple factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly non-exempt position.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Therapy
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure in the State of Illinois
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services preferred
