CURRENT OPENINGS

Family Nurse Practitioner:

Full time (Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week)

Under Physician supervision, assists in providing patient care by assessing patient’s needs and instituting appropriate care plans. Helps provide primary care to patients; performs routine physical exams; orders, administers and analyzes diagnostic tests; diagnoses health issues; administers medicines and treatments and evaluates responses to treatments and medications.  Position will primarily serve as the Walk-In Clinic provider and will be cross-trained to cover other providers as needed, including primary care duties, employee health, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience providing primary care to patients of all ages
  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the State of Illinois
  • Federal DEA license
  • Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • BLS Certification

Physical/Mental Requirements:

May be required to lift 50 lbs. or more. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and may be exposed to communicable diseases.

Emergency Department RN:

Full Time (36 hours per week, 6:30pm – 7:00am)
Part Time (24 hours per week, 6:30am – 7:00pm)

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of medical and administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality health care to patients of all ages by administering medications, implementing physician protocols and maintaining detailed patient records. The successful candidate will have a background in Emergency Medicine and be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois
  • One year Emergency/Critical Care experience or two years Medical/Surgical experience preferred
  • BLS Certification required
  • ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC or TNS within one year of hire

May be required to lift 50 lbs. or more and may be exposed to communicable diseases.

Radiology/Mammography Technologist:

Full time (day shift, 40 hours per week with rotating weekend and call schedule)

Position performs diagnostic procedures requiring the use of equipment that produces ionizing radiation. Ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of human structure and function, as well as the knowledge and skills to identify each patient’s requirement relative to his or her age specific needs. Candidate must also be familiar with principles of patient care, radiographic exposure, radiation protection, and specialized technique as required for a radiologic technologist. Position requires the ability to perform x-ray and CT scans, experience with mammography is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
  • Radiologic Technologist registration with the State of Illinois
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification

PRN positions available for Respiratory Therapy and nursing departments (Family Medicine, Med/Surg, Emergency, Cardiac Rehab, Surgery Services)
