Housekeeper:
Part Time with benefits (Day shift, 32 hours per week)
Performs a variety of environmental service/housekeeping duties while maintaining the hospital in a clean, neat, orderly, and sanitary condition according to established procedures. Works in timely manner to clean assigned areas. Performs linen duties as assigned or required to maintain inventory levels for clean linen and the removal of soiled linen.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic housekeeping and cleaning skills, knowledge of sanitation, in-depth cleaning of patient rooms, clinic rooms, etc.
- Previous hospital or industrial cleaning/linen experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning equipment and solutions helpful
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Must be able to read and write and have basic math skills. Requires physical ability to stand, walk for long periods of time, push and pull mops and brooms, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Upper body mechanics to clean thoroughly with basic understanding of infection control procedures, standard precautions and isolation procedures. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
Med/Surg RN:
Full Time (36 hours per week, 6:30pm – 7:00am)
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of medical and administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, including performing assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions in the medical-surgical setting. Candidate will administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor and document patient progress and response to interventions, utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and communication, and assist with discharge planning to ensure a smooth transitions for patients.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois
- Ability to demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current knowledge in caring for adolescent through geriatric patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS and ACLS certification required

Emergency Department Intake Technician:
Full Time and PRN (as needed) positions available
Performs various administrative functions, such as reception and clerical work. Responsible for greeting incoming patients, completing full patient reception and registration functions which include entering demographic and insurance information. Assists RN in caring for patients who present to facility with life/limb threatening conditions. Must demonstrate an ability to be flexible with schedule and tasks and be able to function well in stressful situations.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Licensed in the State of Illinois as EMT or Paramedic, or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Program
- BLS Certification required
- One-year pre-hospital EMS experience preferred

Lab Tech, MLT or MLS:
Full Time (40 hours per week, 2pm – 10:30pm, flexible schedule, must be able to share in rotating weekend, call and holiday schedule)
Ability to proficiently perform a variety of chemical, microscopic and bacteriological tests and procedures following established policies and procedures of the laboratory and requirements of accrediting and regulating agencies. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide laboratory services appropriate to the age of the patients served including newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric. Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to perform mathematical calculations. Good interpersonal skills and ability to use sound judgment to ensure quality of patient care. Good communication skills, written and verbal, effective reading and comprehension skills required.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in Medical Technology or a related biological science
- Certified as an MLT or MLS preferred
- BLS Certification required
Physical/Mental Requirements:

Radiologic Technologist:
Full time (day shift, 40 hours per week with rotating weekend and call schedule)
Position performs diagnostic procedures requiring the use of equipment that produces ionizing radiation. Ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of human structure and function, as well as the knowledge and skills to identify each patient’s requirement relative to his or her age specific needs. Candidate must also be familiar with principles of patient care, radiographic exposure, radiation protection, and specialized technique as required for a radiologic technologist.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
- Radiologic Technologist registration with the State of Illinois
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification
- Ability to perform x-ray and CT scans
- Mammography experience preferred

Nurse Practitioner (Nursing Home):
PRN (as needed, schedule will vary)
Under physician direction, the nurse practitioner will provide primary and preventative care for long term care patients residing in skilled nursing facilities, including chronic ventilator patients. The nurse practitioner will assess, review medications, create an appropriate care plan, and provide and evaluate care of patients. The nurse practitioner will work in conjunction with the supervising physician and ACO team to meet specific quality metrics, as well as communicate with nursing home staff to discuss changes in condition and/or care plan.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Skilled and confident with chronic ventilator management
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed as an APN with the State of Illinois
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Certification by an approved body – ANCC/AANP
- BLS Certification
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and walk for long periods of time. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
Respiratory Therapist:
Full Time (6:30am – 7pm, must be able to share in rotating weekend, call and holiday schedule)
Provides cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders and department policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of the various methods of oxygen delivery, including the necessary equipment. Administers respiratory therapy treatments, understands the purpose of each and the possible side effects associated with each. Sets-up and monitors mechanical ventilators and the associated critical care duties required for such treatment, such as airway management and tracheal suctioning.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate of an approved School of Respiratory Therapy
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure in the State of Illinois
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services preferred
