Full Time (2pm – 10:30pm, schedule will include weekend and holiday rotation and may require some shift rotation)
Performs a variety of general maintenance duties in and around the hospital facilities as directed by the Director of Support Services or CEO. Performs a variety of routine standard servicing and repair operations to maintain hospital buildings, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds in proper condition as directed. Performs general construction duties as needed for repair or rehabilitation of all hospital owned properties. Previous experience in general maintenance and carpentry work, minor plumbing and electricity helpful.
- High School diploma or equivalent education (GED)
- Current driver’s license with driving record in good standing
- Working knowledge of mechanics and Building Trades preferred
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. or more repetitively. May be exposed to prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending. Exposure to cold and warm weather conditions. Exposure to chemicals used in cleaning agents.
PRN (as needed)
Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Assists with the maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory. Responsible for sterilization of instruments, equipment, utensils and other supplies. Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to use sound judgment to insure quality patient care. Must be able to demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current knowledge in caring for patients of all ages.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or equivalent training
- Minimum one year previous experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist certification preferred
- CPR Certification
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, lift 50# or more, handle stressful situations and be flexible to the needs of the unit. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
Full Time Patient Care Tech (CNA/MA)
Assists RN in caring for patients who present to facility with life/limb threatening conditions within the scope of an ER Tech. Performs various administrative functions, such as reception and clerical work. Responsible for greeting incoming patients, completing full patient reception and registration functions which include entering demographic and insurance information. Must demonstrate an ability to be flexible with schedule and tasks and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Program or Medical
- Assistant Program
- BLS certification required
- One year experience preferred
May be required to lift 50 lbs. or more. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and may be exposed to communicable diseases.
Med/Surg RN or LPN:
Full time and part time (all shifts available)
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. Communicates with physicians/nurse manager/co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN or LPN license within the State of Illinois
- BLS and ACLS Certification required
Able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time, able to lift 50# or more, able to handle stressful situations and make independent judgments and be flexible to the needs of the unit. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
Full Time (6:30am – 7pm, must be able to share in rotating weekend, call and holiday schedule)
Provides cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders and department policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of the various methods of oxygen delivery, including the necessary equipment. Administers respiratory therapy treatments, understands the purpose of each and the possible side effects associated with each. Sets-up and monitors mechanical ventilators and the associated critical care duties required for such treatment, such as airway management and tracheal suctioning.
- Graduate of an approved School of Respiratory Therapy
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure in the State of Illinois
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services preferred

Emergency Department RN:
Full time (6:30pm – 7:00am, rotating weekends and holidays)
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Communicates with ED physicians about changes in patient’s status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois
- One year Emergency/Critical Care experience or two years
- Medical/Surgical experience preferred
- BLS Certification required. ECRN, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC or TNS within one year of hire
