Financial Assistance and Uninsured Patient Discount Program:

Warner Hospital & Health Services Financial Assistance and Uninsured Patient Discount Program may offer discounts to patients who show financial need. The hospital’s staff will counsel people in exploring coverage under public programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, or any other program if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the patient may be eligible for such a program.

What does eligibility look like?

Consideration for the two programs is based on the patient’s and/or responsible party’s financial status in comparison with the Federal Government’s Poverty Income Guidelines. Eligibility will be determined without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin or handicap.

How do I apply?

If you wish to apply for the programs, please call or visit with a Patient Financial Services Representative (217-935-9571 ext.3311 or 3314) in Patient Financial Services to discuss your financial needs.
