Ready to quit smoking? Join us at Warner Wellness Center beginning February 21 at 5 pm for an American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking Group Clinic. Over the course of 7 weeks, we will set a quit date together, build a quit plan and learn tips on how to stay smokefree for good. Class meets each Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm and ends March 28.
